Premium Party Bus Service in Arlington
Party Bus in Arlington has been coordinating group transportation across the Mid-Cities since 2011, and the local geography shapes everything we do. The Entertainment District along Nolan Ryan Expressway and AT&T Way is one of the most traffic-congested corridors in North Texas on Cowboys weekends — we know which approach roads close first and where buses stage cleanly. When the Texas Rangers pack Globe Life Field and Collins Street backs up two miles past I-30, we already have the routing dialed in.
That's the difference between a company that serves Arlington and one that just lists it.
We offer all-inclusive pricing you can pull up in under 30 seconds online. No hidden costs, no surprises when the invoice arrives. Our reservation team picks up 24/7/365, so whether you're planning a prom bus in February or calling at midnight before a Rangers playoff game, there's always a live person ready to build your quote.
We carry Sprinter vans, 14-passenger Sprinter limos, 15- to 50-passenger party buses, 15- to 35-passenger minibuses, and 40- to 56-passenger charter buses — the right tool for a 14-person bachelorette night and for a 56-seat corporate shuttle running circles between the Arlington Convention Center and DFW hotels alike. Call 214-206-9269 any time to get your group moving.

Arlington Party Bus Prices and Rates
Party Bus in Arlington uses all-inclusive pricing — what you see online is what you pay, with zero surprise line items at checkout. Rates by vehicle: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; small party buses (15–20 passengers) run $204–$378/hour; mid-size party buses (20–30 passengers) run $244–$414/hour; large party buses and minibuses (35–50 passengers) run $294–$490/hour; full-size charter buses (40–56 passengers) run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day.

Why Choose Our Arlington Party Bus Service?
Arlington is not a city you just pass through. It's a city built around events — the NFL, MLB, Six Flags, the Esports Stadium, the Convention Center — which means the traffic picture changes dramatically depending on the day, the game, and the gate. When 80,000 Cowboys fans funnel onto AT&T Way after a Sunday night game, the difference between a group that planned their ride and one that didn't is about 90 minutes sitting in the Collins Street crawl.
We know that difference firsthand.
Since 2011, we've handled game-day runs, prom nights, wedding shuttles through Pantego and Dalworthington Gardens, and corporate convoys between the Entertainment District and DFW Airport hotels. Our all-inclusive quotes close in under 30 seconds and cover everything — no separate fuel surcharges discovered after the fact. Our 24/7 team means you can call at 11 p.m. on a Tuesday and get a real answer, not a callback form.
We carry a wide enough fleet that you never pay for seats you don't need. A 15-person birthday crew books a 20-seat party bus; a 54-person corporate group books the coach. The vehicle fits the group, not the other way around.
And because Arlington sits midway on TX-360 between Dallas and Fort Worth, we cover the full Mid-Cities corridor without charging extra for the cross-town distance. Call 214-206-9269 whenever you're ready — we'll get your group sorted fast.
Arlington Party Bus Services for Any Event
Party Bus in Arlington coordinates group transportation for every occasion across the Metroplex — from airport runs to AT&T Stadium game days, bachelorette nights to school field trips, wedding shuttles to brewery crawls. Whatever the occasion, we have a vehicle and a plan ready. Call 214-206-9269 to get started.

Arlington Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) (2400 Aviation Dr, DFW Airport, TX 75261) sits roughly 15 miles northeast of downtown Arlington via TX-360 North. That corridor looks simple on a map and turns brutal during morning and evening rush hours, especially around the SH-183 and TX-360 interchange. Trying to wrangle a dozen travelers with luggage carts through Terminal D and then split into separate rideshares is exactly the kind of chaos a single charter bus cuts out.
For group pickups at DFW, commercial buses use the lower-level Arrivals roadway at each terminal — have your group coordinator call when everyone has bags in hand and is assembled at the agreed terminal door. We also serve Dallas Love Field (DAL) (8008 Cedar Springs Rd, Dallas, TX 75235) for groups flying Southwest, adding about 20 miles to the trip from Arlington via I-30 East. Either airport, one bus, one flat rate.
Call 214-206-9269 to book your Arlington airport shuttle bus rental today.

Arlington Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
The strip along Division Street between Collins Street and Cooper Street is Arlington's bar-hopping backbone — Pour House, The Grape Escape, and late-night spots inside Texas Live! (1650 E Randol Mill Rd, Arlington, TX 76011) keep a bachelorette party moving well past last call without anyone worrying about parking or driving. Texas Live! itself is a 200,000-square-foot entertainment complex anchored between the two stadiums, which means ride-share demand spikes hard on any night the Rangers or Cowboys are playing at the same time.
Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses come with a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, and a premium sound system — the party starts the moment the group climbs aboard, not when you finally find a table. And there's no drawing straws for a designated driver when the night wraps up at 2 a.m. Call 214-206-9269 now to reserve your Arlington bachelorette party bus.

Arlington Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Arlington's deep roots in both the Latino community and the broader DFW social scene make it one of the busiest quinceañera markets in North Texas. Venues like Casa Manana in nearby Fort Worth, reception halls along Matlock Road, and banquet spaces throughout the Entertainment District fill their Saturday slots months in advance. A party bus arrival — pulling up in front of the venue with color-matched LED lighting and a custom playlist already running — is the kind of entrance your quinceañera will talk about for years.
For adult milestone birthdays heading out to Six Flags Over Texas (2201 Road to Six Flags, Arlington, TX 76010) during a private event night or hitting the rooftop bars at Texas Live!, our fleet scales from a 14-passenger Sprinter limo for a tight crew to a 40-seat party bus for a full birthday squad. We carry enough variety that you never pay for seats nobody's using. Call 214-206-9269 any time to plan your Arlington birthday party bus rental.

Arlington Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The concert calendar in Arlington is relentless. AT&T Stadium hosts stadium-scale touring acts year-round — when a show sells 80,000 tickets, AT&T Way and Randol Mill Road lock up before doors even open. Globe Life Field (734 Stadium Dr, Arlington, TX 76011) pulls concert crowds that fill the surrounding surface lots faster than any Rangers game does.
Levitt Pavilion Arlington (100 W Abram St, Arlington, TX 76010) runs a full season of free outdoor shows in downtown Arlington where the closest parking options disappear by early evening on popular nights. Choctaw Stadium (1000 Ballpark Way, Arlington, TX 76011) hosts smaller touring acts with limited on-site parking.
A party bus rental in Arlington keeps your concert group together from the first pregame drink to the last song — the bus drops at the venue entrance and picks everyone up when the show ends, no rideshare surge pricing at midnight. Call 214-206-9269 to lock in your concert transportation.

Arlington Corporate Event Transportation
The Arlington Convention Center (1200 Ballpark Way, Arlington, TX 76011) sits inside the Entertainment District alongside AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field — which means convention delegates trying to self-navigate to the Center from Irving or DFW-area hotels on a Cowboys home weekend face a completely different traffic situation than the convention website suggests. A dedicated Arlington charter bus shuttle takes care of that entirely, running timed loops between hotel blocks on Highway 360 and the Convention Center's Collins Street entrance.
For corporate groups heading to the Esports Stadium Arlington (1200 Ballpark Way, Arlington, TX 76011) for a product launch or team event, or shuttling staff between the University of Texas at Arlington campus and an off-site dinner, a minibus with WiFi and power outlets keeps the team connected and on schedule. Call 214-206-9269 to discuss Arlington corporate shuttle contracts and group rates.

Arlington Private Event Transportation Services
The Arlington Entertainment District draws over 10 million visitors a year between AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, Six Flags Over Texas, and Hurricane Harbor — making it one of the most visited entertainment corridors in the entire United States. When two or three of those venues are running events on the same weekend, the surface lots along Randol Mill Road reach capacity by early afternoon and the park-and-ride options fill shortly after.
A private charter bus rental in Arlington sidesteps all of it. Family reunions, church retreats, youth group outings to Six Flags, company holiday parties at Texas Live! — one bus, one departure, one flat rate, and nobody splitting into a five-car caravan and losing half the group at I-30 westbound. For large gatherings using multiple buses, we coordinate staggered departures so arrival at the venue feels organized rather than chaotic.
Call 214-206-9269 and we'll build a transportation plan sized for your group.

Arlington Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season — late April through mid-May — is the single tightest supply window of the year across the DFW metro. High schools in the Arlington ISD, Mansfield ISD, and surrounding districts hold their proms within a compressed five-week stretch, and the right vehicles fill up fast. For prom: book by December or expect premium pricing or nothing left at your size.
A typical 6-hour prom rental covering school pickup, a photo stop at River Legacy Parks (701 NW Green Oaks Blvd, Arlington, TX 76006) on the Trinity River, venue drop-off at a hotel ballroom near I-20, and after-party return runs $1,800–$2,200 all-inclusive when booked four to six months out. Waiting until March or April can push that same package to $2,800–$3,400+ — or the vehicle you want simply isn't there. We coordinate with parent committees and student groups across Arlington ISD every spring.
Call 214-206-9269 today to lock in your date before the calendar fills.

Arlington School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Field trips from Arlington ISD schools to destinations like the Arlington Museum of Art (201 W Main St, Arlington, TX 76010) in downtown, the Planetarium at UT Arlington (700 Planetarium Pl, Arlington, TX 76019), or the Levitt Pavilion for a community concert need careful group loading that a traditional yellow bus handles but a charter bus does significantly better for comfort and amenities.
Charter buses in our fleet carry TV monitors with DVD players (great for keeping students engaged on longer drives), overhead bins for backpacks and lunch bags, undercarriage bays for equipment, and onboard restrooms on full-size coaches — which matters on a round trip to the Fort Worth Zoo (1989 Colonial Pkwy, Fort Worth, TX 76110) that can run three-plus hours with traffic. ADA-accessible vehicles are always available with advance notice. We've coordinated school trips across the Arlington metro for years, and our team handles the details so teachers spend the day teaching, not troubleshooting the bus.
Call 214-206-9269 for school field trip bus rentals in Arlington.

Arlington Sporting Event Transportation
Arlington hosts more professional sports traffic than almost any city its size in America. AT&T Stadium (1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX 76011) seats 80,000 for Cowboys home games — 95,000-plus for major events — and every lot within walking distance requires a pre-purchased pass that sells out weeks ahead of prime matchups. The Green Lot off AT&T Way is the closest general tailgate option, at $75 per space on Cowboys Sundays, and it's gone by mid-morning on high-demand dates.
Rideshare pickup after the game is staged in remote lots with shuttle connections — a long walk for anyone who just sat through four quarters in the Texas heat.
A charter bus drops your group at the stadium's designated charter zone, lets everyone tailgate together right off the bus, and waits nearby for a clean post-game exit. For Texas Rangers games at Globe Life Field (734 Stadium Dr, Arlington, TX 76011), the situation is similar — the paid lots along Ballpark Way fill by first pitch on sellout nights, and the walk from remote parking isn't short. One Arlington party bus rental handles your whole crew for a single predictable cost, with undercarriage storage for your cooler and gear.
Call 214-206-9269 to reserve your game-day transportation today.

Arlington Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Arlington's wedding venue scene stretches from the historic Fielder House (1804 W Abram St, Arlington, TX 76013) in the heart of Old Arlington to sprawling estate properties outside Mansfield and Kennedale. The challenge for wedding planners is that many of these venues sit off roads that are easy enough to navigate during the day and genuinely confusing for out-of-town guests navigating Texas frontage roads at night after a reception.
A dedicated wedding shuttle in Arlington solves that cleanly — one bus runs a continuous loop from the hotel block on Highway 360 to the venue entrance and back, so your guests in formal wear aren't Googling turnaround directions on Collins Street at 10 p.m. The bridal party pickup in a 14-passenger Sprinter limo adds the right touch for the wedding morning itself. Because we've been coordinating these logistics since 2011, we build in the right pickup windows, time departures precisely, and keep a single point of contact on your wedding timeline from first quote to final drop-off.
Call 214-206-9269 for a free wedding transportation quote.

Arlington Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Arlington's position between Fort Worth's Cultural District and the eastern edge of the Texas wine country gives a pub crawl or winery day a lot of natural range. Close in, the bar scene along Division Street and inside Texas Live! (1650 E Randol Mill Rd) gives a group eight hours of options without leaving Arlington city limits.
Push west on I-20 toward Fort Worth and Granbury, and Mesquite Trails Winery and Casa Manana's event calendar open up. Push north toward Grapevine — about 20 miles up TX-360 — and you hit the Texas Wine Trail anchored by Delaney Vineyards (2000 Champagne Blvd, Grapevine, TX 76051) and a half-dozen tasting rooms within walking distance of each other on Main Street.
A party bus rental makes the Grapevine wine run the obvious call — nobody navigates the SH-114 and TX-360 interchange after a full afternoon of tastings, and parking on Grapevine Main Street is a real headache even stone-cold sober. Call 214-206-9269 for a free quote on your Arlington pub crawl or winery day.

Frequently Asked Questions About our Arlington Bus Rentals
How much does a party bus cost in Arlington, Texas?
Arlington party bus rental prices vary based on vehicle size, your date, and how many hours you need. Our rate ranges: small party buses (15–20 passengers) run $204–$378/hour; mid-size (20–30 passengers) run $244–$414/hour; large party buses and minibuses (35–50 passengers) run $294–$490/hour; and full-size charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. Cowboys home weekends, Rangers playoff games, and prom season all push demand and tighten availability.
The fastest path to an accurate quote for your specific date is to call 214-206-9269 — we turn around all-inclusive pricing in under 30 seconds with no hidden costs.
When is the best time to book an Arlington party bus for AT&T Stadium events?
For Cowboys regular-season home games, booking two to four weeks ahead keeps you in good shape most of the year. For premium matchups — primetime games, the playoffs, a major concert at AT&T Stadium — start four to six weeks out. The NFL Draft, which has come to DFW, and major college football events at AT&T Stadium can drain Mid-Cities vehicle availability almost as fast as Super Bowl weekend.
The safest rule: as soon as you have tickets, call about the bus. The venue fills up faster than the parking lot, and the parking lot fills up faster than the bus supply.
Can a charter bus drop off at both AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field on the same trip?
Yes — and it's a real itinerary we make during joint event weekends when the Cowboys and Rangers are both playing on the same day. The two stadiums sit less than a quarter mile apart on Ballpark Way inside the Entertainment District, so a bus can drop one group at Globe Life Field's charter zone, loop to AT&T Stadium's designated drop point, and wait nearby for post-game pickups. We sort out the approach timing and staging location when you book, since the lot configurations and road closures shift depending on which events are running simultaneously.
Call 214-206-9269 and walk us through your itinerary — we've done this run before.
Where do charter buses pick up and drop off at DFW Airport?
At DFW International Airport, commercial buses use the lower-level Arrivals roadway at each terminal — Terminals A through E each have designated commercial ground transportation lanes on the Arrivals level. Here's how it works: your group collects luggage, assembles at the agreed terminal door, then the group coordinator calls to confirm the bus moves to the correct commercial lane. DFW allows approximately 30 minutes for commercial loading, so have the whole group together before calling the bus forward.
The Ground Transportation desk inside each terminal can assist with coordination if anything changes on arrival. We highly recommend checking the official DFW ground transportation page before your group lands.
Do you serve Six Flags Over Texas and Hurricane Harbor groups?
Absolutely. Six Flags Over Texas (2201 Road to Six Flags St, Arlington, TX 76010) and Hurricane Harbor Arlington (1800 E Lamar Blvd, Arlington, TX 76006) are two of our most common group destinations, especially for school field trips, youth group outings, and corporate team-building days. Both parks have designated bus drop-off and pick-up areas separate from the general parking lot traffic — which matters on a summer Saturday when the Road to Six Flags and Lamar Boulevard both back up significantly before the park even opens.
One bus keeps your group together, gets everyone in at the same time, and picks everyone up at the agreed hour rather than waiting for scattered rideshares in Texas heat. Call 214-206-9269 to plan your group visit.
How far in advance should I book a party bus in Arlington?
For most events, three to six months out gets you the best vehicle at the best rate. Prom season (late April through May) and Cowboys home weekends in the fall are the two stretches where supply tightens fastest — for prom, the calendar rule is simple: book by December or expect premium pricing or zero availability at your size by spring. Rangers playoff runs and any major AT&T Stadium concert (where 80,000 tickets go on sale at once) can clear out the Mid-Cities fleet in a matter of days.
Outside those peaks, two to four weeks of lead time is workable — but earlier is always better for options and price. Call 214-206-9269 the moment your date is set.
Popular Arlington Party Bus Destinations
Arlington is packed with venues worth planning a group trip around — from the largest stadium in the Western Hemisphere to a free outdoor concert series on the Trinity River. Here are six destinations your bus should know how to find.

AT&T Stadium
AT&T Stadium (1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX 76011) is the home of the Dallas Cowboys and the largest domed stadium in the world by interior volume — a 104,000-seat capacity that stretches to 110,000 for special events. Beyond the NFL season, it hosts the Big 12 Championship, boxing events, college football playoff games, and stadium-scale concerts from artists who sell out multiple nights. Event-day parking requires pre-purchased passes; none are sold at the gate on Cowboys Sundays.
The Green Lot runs $75 per vehicle on premium dates and sells out weeks ahead. Charter bus drop-off is at the designated charter zone on AT&T Way, steps from the main gate plazas. Rideshare staging, by contrast, is in remote lots with shuttle connections — a meaningful walk after an evening game.
We recommend checking the official AT&T Stadium parking page before your event.
Address: 1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX 76011 | Phone: (817) 892-4000

Globe Life Field
Globe Life Field (734 Stadium Dr, Arlington, TX 76011) opened in 2020 as the Texas Rangers' retractable-roof ballpark — the first climate-controlled retractable-roof stadium in Major League Baseball. Its 40,518-seat capacity and full enclosure make it the go-to venue for concerts and events that can't risk a Texas summer storm cancellation. Paid parking in Lot B runs $15–$20 per car on a regular-season night and fills fast for sellout games; the lots along Stadium Drive see significant pedestrian congestion at gate-opening time.
Charter bus drop-off is curbside on Stadium Drive near the Home Plate Gate. The ball field also sits in the same Entertainment District as AT&T Stadium — on dual-event nights, approach roads get complex fast. We recommend reviewing the official Rangers transportation page before your visit.
Address: 734 Stadium Dr, Arlington, TX 76011 | Phone: (817) 273-5222

Six Flags Over Texas
Six Flags Over Texas (2201 Road to Six Flags St, Arlington, TX 76010) has been anchoring the Arlington theme park corridor since 1961 — it's the original Six Flags park and still one of the highest-attended in the chain, drawing over 3 million visitors annually. The park covers 212 acres and runs major seasonal events including Fright Fest in October and Holiday in the Park from late November through January. Bus and oversized vehicle parking is in a designated area separate from the general lot, accessed via the Road to Six Flags entrance.
On peak summer Saturdays, the lots along TX-360 service road can back up significantly by mid-morning. Group rates are available for 15+ guests booked in advance. Contact the park's group sales team at (817) 640-8900 for current group pricing and school trip coordination details.
Address: 2201 Road to Six Flags St, Arlington, TX 76010 | Phone: (817) 640-8900

Texas Live!
Texas Live! (1650 E Randol Mill Rd, Arlington, TX 76011) is a 200,000-square-foot entertainment complex built between AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field — a purpose-built hub of restaurants, bars, and event spaces that fills fast before and after any home game in the Entertainment District. The complex houses PBR Texas, Guy's Chophouse, and a full indoor-outdoor live music venue that runs its own events independent of the stadium calendar.
On a Cowboys Sunday, the bars inside Texas Live! reach capacity hours before kickoff and the parking structures adjacent to the complex charge event-rate prices from midday onward. A party bus drops your group at the main entrance on Randol Mill Road and picks everyone up at whatever hour the night actually ends — no one is searching for their car in an event-rate garage at midnight. More detail at Texas Live!.
Address: 1650 E Randol Mill Rd, Arlington, TX 76011 | Phone: (817) 852-2600

Levitt Pavilion Arlington
Levitt Pavilion Arlington (100 W Abram St, Arlington, TX 76010) is an outdoor amphitheater on the bank of Village Creek in downtown Arlington — it operates one of the country's largest free outdoor concert series, running 50+ performances from spring through fall featuring everything from Latin jazz to Texas country to indie rock. The venue holds roughly 5,000 on the lawn and has become a genuine community anchor since opening in 2015. Downtown Arlington parking is metered and limited, with the closest surface lots filling up by 6 p.m. on concert evenings.
A party bus drops your group on West Abram Street near the park entrance and handles the wait so nobody rushes the show's end to claim a parking spot before the meter police come through. Check the full concert schedule at Levitt Pavilion Arlington.
Address: 100 W Abram St, Arlington, TX 76010 | Phone: (817) 543-2200

River Legacy Parks
River Legacy Parks (701 NW Green Oaks Blvd, Arlington, TX 76006) stretches across 1,300 acres of Trinity River bottomland forest — the largest urban hardwood forest in North Texas, with 10 miles of paved trails, a nature center, wetlands, and disc golf. It's one of the most popular group destinations in Arlington for school field trips, nature walks, family reunion cookouts, and youth outdoor education programs through the River Legacy Foundation. The main park entrance and parking lot on NW Green Oaks Boulevard accommodates standard vehicles well, but oversized buses use the designated bus parking area adjacent to the nature center.
The River Legacy Living Science Center (703 NW Green Oaks Blvd) offers group education programs for school visits — book at least two weeks ahead for guided programs. More at River Legacy Parks.
